Engagements and quotations
Every project begins with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work starts once that proposal is accepted in writing. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Payments
Website projects are typically billed in stages, with an advance before work begins. Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance and run month to month unless a different term is agreed. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platforms by the client unless stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, content, approvals and access to accounts are needed to keep a project on schedule. Delays in these areas may shift agreed timelines.
Ownership
On full payment, the website, design files, ad accounts, domains and content produced for your project belong to your business.
Results and liability
We commit to the agreed work and to sound professional practice. Search engines and advertising platforms are outside our control, so specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
Cancellation
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work already completed and costs already committed remain payable.
